Summer is better this year. The heat is tolerable and we no longer suffer regular power outage like last year. We spent 2 days in Bantayan Island Cebu. A very simple place but the locals took advantage of us. Trisikad fare cost us both 30 pesos for 500 meter ride. I wonder how much more they charge foreigners? So we rented a bike which was 150PHP per day. Not bad, but more expensive compared to Bohol, and Negros.
