After our marriage counseling, my partner found a cute stray dog at the church's gate. Nobody wanted him (we checked) so we brought him home with us.

So we now have a new member in the family. I was gonna call him Shrek since all my dogs' names are from my favorite cartoons, people at my momma's house call him instead, "Kenneth" shortcut for the Cebuano term "kinit-an" which means "found" in English. Then I realize that Kenneth is better. It's a person's name and makes him a real part of the family of four, now five. I don't know what breed he is, and we are making it sure he gets the necessary shots he must have, like anti-rabies because Migue loves dogs and he loves to play with them a lot.
