I wished I lived in the 2D world ever since I was a kid, with all the wonderful colors, the beautiful scenes, and I wished I was born Japanese. Japanese animators are special. Their stories make me feel like a child again. The child who will never grow old. The child with a happy childhood filled with colors and good memories. The child who lived a simple life in the province or in house over the hill with the view of the ocean, playing around or playing with a nature spirit, bathed the rain and running like free spirit. Some things I missed when I was a child.
Hayao Miyazaki is my favorite Japanese Anime artist, writer and director. He created most of my favorite anime films like:
Princess Mononoke
Spirited Away
Ponyo
and My Neighbor Totoro
I think children should be encouraged to watch Japanese Animes. I always feel good when I watch them. And there are valuable lessons that you will learn.
